1. Booking & Reservation

By submitting a booking request through the Kahuna Pizza Event Booking Platform, you agree to the following terms. All bookings must be made at least 3 weeks (21 days) prior to the event date. Bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed upon receipt of the required downpayment.

2. Payment Terms

A non-refundable booking fee of 30% of the total package price is required to reserve your event date. Full payment of the remaining balance must be settled at least one (1) week before the event date. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the booking.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 7 or more days before the event will receive a full refund of the remaining balance (excluding the non-refundable booking fee).
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total package price.
• No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

4. Venue Requirements

The client must ensure that the event venue permits cooking with fire, the use of LPG gas, or electric ovens. Kahuna Pizza is not responsible for any venue restrictions that may prevent on-site food preparation. It is the client's responsibility to obtain the necessary permissions from the venue management.

5. Food Handling & Allergens

While we take great care in preparing our food, Kahuna Pizza cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Clients are responsible for informing us of any dietary requirements or allergies through the special requests section of the booking form. Any unconsumed pizzas will be boxed and given to the client.

6. Event Changes & Modifications

Changes to the event date, guest count, or package may be accommodated subject to availability. Modification requests must be made at least 7 days before the event. Changes that affect the package price may require additional payment or may be eligible for a partial credit.

7. Privacy Policy & Personal Information

In compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), by submitting a booking, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal information (name, email, phone number, and event details) solely for the purpose of managing your event booking. We implement strict security measures to protect your data and do not share it with third parties except as necessary to fulfill our catering services.

8. Limitation of Liability

Kahuna Pizza shall not be held liable for any delays, interruptions, or inability to perform services due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions, or venue-related issues.
